Client: *SUPER-PICKY about the colours for their letterheads*
Dad: *GRRRR + gives me the file to double-check colours*
Me: *corrects colours a bit on my Mac Ridley + sends to print*
Letterheads: *arrive at the shop and are MUCH LIGHTER THAN I EXPECTED / THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE*
Me: *buries face in hands*
Dad: *headdesk* They'll complain! The colour is wrong, too light! *but doesn't really mind toooo much because these clients are possibly more trouble than they are worth*
~A FEW DAYS LATER...~
Dad: Remember _________, that client with the letterheads?
Me: Yeah?
Dad: They received the letterheads and said that the colours were perfect and exactly what they were looking for.
Me: ... *buries face in hands*
Oh Irony, how you love your mind games.
And Ridley is awesome.
